Seamless & Strong. A continuous loop for hands-free stretching, Long enough to suit most average height dancers. It has a smooth yet non slip surface, made from Latex.

This band should be used as an extra aid to your dance training. It should be used with caution, gradually increasing in difficulty, with supervision from your dance teacher. Remember, stretching is best carried out on warm muscles. Stop if you feel any pain.
